Ullapool and Northwest Scotland

Just back from Ullapool yesterday after doing some fishing, drinking and photography....the results of the photography can be found in the link. Weather was a bit dull the second day, so some of the landscapes are lacking some oomph. Not finished titleing them so some descriptions are pretty basic.

Impressive scenery indeed. The colours of the boats and greenery are lovely and saturated. I agree the overcast days are too dull and would benefit from some tweaking, everything is there in the capture so I'd expect they will look far better afterwards.
Love the rusty car shot, though there is a hexagonal flare to take out.

Some good shots there Tinder, you look to have changed style of shooting whilst away. I had no idea where Ullapool was, wow that's quite a way from anywhere. I bet you could do some cracking night shots with the lack of light pollution.

I'll be up that way in August. Got 3 days of hooning about the Highlands sorted thanks to some navigation help from some Jock friends. Will be taking the camera, natch :D
