Hi,

Does anyone know if the planned Bram Stoker’s Dracula Special Edition is still in the works or if the Super Bits release means that there won’t be any Special Edition? There were rumours sometime ago that it was due out in 2002 but since then I didn’t heard anything else.

Thanks,

Wolverine

It's about time Criterion released their version, so I can upgrade my laserdisc.
The commentary by Coppolla is great. :p

It probably will be released. Ford Coppolla is in debt and that's why he's been doing the godfather dvd collection, apocalypse now redusx etc, so the chances of an SE of dracula are good :) Let's all hope so! :) Seeing that the R1 is even worst than the r2 and has zero extras, an r1 re-release seems more necessary and so maybe, who knows, but it definately has a good chance for next year!
