Orange rip off

Just got back home and checked my orange phone bill, 561 text messages sent and an additional 155 minutes used. The tariff i'm on is the x net anytime 200 mins with 240 txts for £15, sort of feel am gettting a big jipping off at the mo.

Please oh please can anyone help, hav another phone so can use that for texting! knew shud hav taken advantage of the O2 Online (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump.php?url=http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-582776-10309950) offer a month ago with 800 mins and 2000 texts, for £45!!!

CAn't you just change your monthly price plan? Hardly like they are 'ripping you off'...

well hardly Orange's fault you choose a priceplan which didn't suit your needs, just change tarriffs to one which give you more inclusive mins/texts.

i think your title is misleading to say the least...you signed up for a contract with a specific number of call minutes and free texts per month...now you say they're "ripping you off" when you've used more than your allowance when it's your fault for going over...unless they've increased the cost of the additional calls/texts since you signed up, they're charging you exactly what you agreed to...

having said that, you can contact them and ask to be upgraded to another tariff to give you extra calls/texts...

orange arent ripping you off as you say you are on 200 x mins and 240 txts for £15 a month, which is cheap. you signed up to the tariff, if you known that you would usde more why didnt u get a higher tariff? like you said you could of chosen the o2 tariff but at £45 a month and not £15 a month.

I had your tarrif at £30 a month last year, and it was only 84 text a month. Yours sounds like a bargain.

Ok well I'm on 200 xnet anytime minutes with 50 texts for £32pm..

although I do get cashback (woo).

Personally I think you're on a good deal, when I was with O2 I had 1000minutes offpeak to O2 and 25minutes diff network offpeak with 100 free texts for £20, I'd just ask Orange for a slight increase in payments to get that tariff you need.
