Just picked up a few singles in Woolworths and while walking past past the DVD section I saw a film called 'Sorted', the write up on the back sounded good and it claims to have some of the best club scenes ever caught on film...has anyone seen it and can anyone recommend it.

Oh yeah...please don't just tell me to look at imdb.com, because the rastings on their movies are always wwwaaayyy off!

Hmmmmm, Sorted is the feature debut of Alex Jovy and was featured heavily on a Channel 4 show at the start of this year that dealt with "How To Make Films" etc.

Jovy came over as a bit of a tosser and indeed the film is in keeping with the man's general style.

His main aim was getting "Stars" interested in the script. Hence we have Jason "Snort" Donovan and Tim "Will do any schlock for money" Curry.

It is a complete mess, but at the same time strangely watchable in that "car wreck" kind of mentality.

The disc is bizarrely fantastic. Commentary, deleted scenes, making ofs, 45 mins of interviews - the latter is actually far more watchable than the movie itself.

Worth a rent maybe if the content is your cup of tea - but the "best club scenes ever caught on film" quote is just more hype from the desperate Jovy.

Cheers, thanks for the info...must admit i'm very put off by JD and TCurries appearances, might give this a miss, see if I can pick up a copy in Blockbuster sometime.
