Playstation connection

I decided to plug my playstation into the SVHS connectors on the front of my TV rather than remove the DVD scart using AV3. Which is what I normally do.

Why, then, do I get ITV in the background scrolling across the screen. Very annoying when trying to play Quidditch.

This doesn't happen when I use the Scart.

This happened to me last week after plugging in the PS2 through my folks VCR last week. All i did was turn the On Screen menu on and off and hey presto, not sure if that would help you though. Maybe a crossed signal of somesort....sorry

I'm pretty sure my manual (Tosh) says not to have 2 things plugged into AV3 / Front Inputs at the same time.

AH. I see. I too have a tosh but don't have manual.

Couldn't half do with one.
