Creating a "watermark" from an image in Word?

Hey there,

I am trying to produce a company letter with a watermark style logo in the background of my page, but am struggling to make this work, I have no idea where to start?

Is anyone a Word-Wizard?

On Word 2003 the option's under:
Format -> Background -> Printed Watermark

To move it around you can go to View -> Header and Footer and then you can move / resize it etc

Not sure if this option is on earlier versions
