Don't think so, the flyer that I have that came through with the NT magazine claims "No Hidden Charges" and zero rate applies to balance transfers and credit card cheques. Oh . hold on.......2% handling fee on bal xfer and credit card cheques, 2% on cash transactioons and 2.75% on foreign currency transactions.
The wife said that are are "pretty cards" tho' if that's any consolation!

I have an MBNA card - last time they offered me a 0% period to keep me, they charged me 2% handling fee. At the time I needed the transfer in a hurry so paid it; not something most other cards seem to charge though.
And if you already have an MBNA card I don't think you can apply for another ???
i got 1100 spread over 2 cards, if i applied for this could i xfer all 1100 to the mbna card, and if so the 2% would be a 22 charge?
any other people offering 6 months free and no xfer costs?
virgin are offering 9 months and no transfer fee, also marks and spencer
Yeah - watch out for those sneaky balance transfer fees. 2% of my balance is a hefty charge! There are better deals around than this...

Lloydstsb have their new amex card which has 6 months interest free balance transfers, but if u already have a lloydstsb cc they can convert it to this and u get the 0% intro rate. The bonus is that u should have the same credit limit that u currently have applied to the new amex card.

M&S recently rejected me for their 9 month deal. In fact they just rejected my credit card app entirely.
Most peculiar, because I've been out of jail for almost six months now. And my victim's recovering quite nicely, albeit minus a couple of limbs.

sainsbury's have got 12 months interest free but i don't know if that is balance transfers aswell.
I usually use MoneySupermarket (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump.php?url=http://clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click^QS^p=18073^QA^a=60823^QA^g=280267) to trawl the offers available. Usually seems quite good. :)
sainsburys 0% is only on purchases, sadly not on balance transfers. I have just applied for an M&S card, wish they had a freebie to sweeten the deal though, some vouchers would have been nice :)
Also egg card is worth noting 0% on purchases and balance transfers (but BTs have a 2% fee) til 1st december, but then on the anniversary of getting the card you have a further 5 months interest free per year. Plus they have those cheap travel insurance deals and other stuff. not great if you have a large balance to shift, but good as a spare card or if you are making some purchases soon
