I have a AudioPro sub imported from Sweden, I use to have it connected about a year ago, but then decided to sell all my setup, but I kept the sub. I have now bought a Sherwood 925RDS from the classifieds and connected it all up. As soon as I connect the cable to the sub, it's starts making a loud noice. It's like I have got the volume on full!
The sub has a five pin in/out connector, which I connected a converter (5 pin to 4 audio), then into this a standard phono lead. I have disconnected the lead from the amp end and its the same. I even tried a new lead but no difference.
These are the same leads I used all them years ago by the way.
Any Ideas ?
