what's everyone's opinions of this film??
Me, excellent film about friendships and relationships within the army, superb camera work, made the film more realistic, spotless acting and characterisation. One problem! THE ENDING, trying my first spoiler so if it hasnt worked and you dont want to know what happened stop reading now.
(Spoiler) a bit of a cop out, I know it leaves the film open to interpretation but I thought after the brilliant characterisation Joel Schumacher could have made a real impact with an ending in vietnam, but with bozz's future left in doubt thus leaving the viewer to make his own mind up as to what happened to him 9/10
