Quick query - Sony battery for HC19

Can anyone please tell me if the NPFP71 rechargeabel Sony battery is compatible with the HC19 Handycam? :thinking:

And does anyone know how long a life I can get of the battery when fully charged? :shrug:

I really need to get one quickly before holidays arrive.

Yes it does, the Sony NPFP50, NPFP71 and NPFP90 all work with the HC19

as for battery life I dont know

The sony web site says "Stamina 9 hours (with optional battery)"
