I signed up with them about 12 months ago but recently had a letter saying that they had changed name. Can anyone shed any light on the new name and possibly a web addres for them?

Went into administration in November... If they wanted their customers to be able to find them easily they'd have put a redirect or some contact details on their old website...

I thought that another company has taken them over though as I'm still being billed but through someone else.

Thats what I can't remember. I was asking on here in case anyone else is still being billed as I want to phone and cancel.
