CPU Fan connections

Need some help with this one....
I have a YS-Tech 120mm fan attached to a thermalright Xp-120 to cool my CPU.

However, the fan has a 4 pin connector which means i cannot plug it into my Mobo for monitoring.

So... I have been looking for a 4 pin to 3 pin converter that has the 3 wires required, but with no luck.

Of course the Mobo (ASUS A8N sli) might not have enough power to drive the fan anyway.

Any suggestions?

By 4 pin connector I assume you mean it has a Molex Hard-disk connector with a pass-through? If this is the case then the fan is unlikely to have any kind of monitoring built in anyway. I know you can get the reverse of what you are looking for as I have one in my machine to run case fans but I'm not aware of anything to convert the other way.
