7dayshop contact Advice please?

I've used 7dayshop a few times over the last couple of years and recommended them to countless others however I am a little concerned or is that miffed.

I appreciate that the problem is my own fault but here goes,

I mailed them to query an item price, never got a reply..

Not bothered by the lack of reply Last Friday Morning I placed an order for 4 items all in stock.. £130 or so in total.
I looked at the order the following day (Saturday) and realised to my horror that the delivery address was my old address.
I immediately mailed them through their contact form, to explain. Also the CC I used would have shown up as registered for my new address anyway.
Tuesday afternoon, I mailed them again as I had had no reply from the first and second mails, the second quoting an order number.
To date I have still had no reply, and my order is sitting at processed... one of the items I could really do with by a week today, but I'm now concerned at the lack of contact.

Can't help with a contact number, sorry. Did find one the last time I had a problem but a recording said use the website!

I would get onto your credit card issuer right away though so they can at least block the payment. 7dayshop should contact you to let you know, but if they don't it's their loss and you should order elsewhere.

I used to use them a lot, but god knows whats happened to then, just wouldnt go near them now even though they have some decent prices on some stuff.
