I ordered Collateral R1, it was shipped on the 17th December according to the email they sent, but it still aint arrived. Im beginning to wonder if someone at Royal Mail has blagged it, as I know this happens at christmas time, especially with the fact they employ temporary staff.

Do you think I should email CD-Wow! (UK) (http://tracker.tradedoubler.com/click?p=3128&a=60823&g=17349) to see if they would offer a replacement.

we've just had the xmas period, they'll be snowed under. dont forget they ship from hong kong. also, i think you're entitled to wait 30 days for delivery. if its still not here by then, they should offer you a replacment no questions asked.

Oddly enough, I also have something missing from CD-WOW that shipped on the 17th (Mean Girls R3). I received my Die Hard trilogy from DVD Soon this morning, and that was shipped from Canada on the 22nd... I also received something sent by CD-WOW to me on the 16th before Christmas. Strange.

It should turn up soon - my Return of the king box set was posted on December 12th and only just turned up today.

I've had different results as well.

I had something shipped on the 16th that arrived yesterday. But something shipped later arrived earlier. Guess there's something up with post around that period.

As others have said, give it a bit more time. Around Christmas time the post is really messed up.

If nothing turns next week just drop CD-Wow an e-mail and they'll sort it for you. It's not often things I order from CD-Wow disappear, but on the occasions they have then their customer services staff have been very efficient in sorting it out. :)

This what I cant understand about the post from canada as I had a boxset dispatched from dvdsoon on the 13th - 9 days earlier and it hasnt arrived yet.
