Please read this BEFORE requesting comparison information

Hi all, :D

For people who do not know, this forum on The DVD Forums is brought to you in association with Rewind @ www.dvdcompare.org.uk. Rewind is home to the ORIGINAL DVD comparison database on the Internet.

If you would like to know which region is better for a particular film, please visit Rewind BEFORE you post in this forum UNLESS you need to know about picture and sound quality for one of the regions. Rewind lists all of the extra features, subtitle information, picture and sound formats and whether the film has been cut or not. However, we do not and cannot comment on picture and sound quality.

So as a thank you to The DVD Forums for allowing us to run this forum, don't waste their server space when you could find out the answer yourself elsewhere! :D As I said though, please continue to use this forum to discuss the particular regions or comment on the picture and sound quality.

Rewind - don't accept cheap imitations with similar names! :D

The site is actually working now but I forgot to remove the error page! Go to www.dvdcompare.org.uk/comparisons/comparisons.php to use the database.

Just to point out that "www.dvdcompare.org.uk" doesnt work anymore - you need to use "www.dvdcompare.org.uk/comparisons/comparisons.php "

Rewind is currently unavailable and no date has been set for it's return.

Is there anything we can do? I rely on you (well your little downloadable spreadsheet in my PDA) to stop me buying R2 DVD's whilst out shopping at the weekends...

Is anyone else having problems with the Rewind site currently?

I am getting the following error message when I try to access the comparisons:
