Pronto Repairs

The lonmg and the short of it is that my better half knocked it out of bed onto a wooden floor. it now rattles ominously,nad the backlight button is broken. It's on my insurance, but I need to get an estimate for repair in order to claim. Any ideas?

BTW - That's exactly the reason why I'd dissuade anyone with kids and a laminate floor from getting a Pronto!!
