Is Cannonball run out on r.1 ??

read a review that said the r.1 version of cannonball run was better than r.2 but cant find r.1 anywhere.looked over at play etc and nothing.

I don't know whether i've seen Cannonball run 1/2 or both.

Which One have I seen?: (This is what I can remember)

The helicopter using a magnet to pick the car up but failing.

Police chasing two women at beginning - they change colour of car with water hose.

That big guy gets dropped by a plane whilst he's in the human bomb thingy.

Frank Sinatra.

Any ideas? - I think it's number 2....

R1 Cannonball Run 1 is widescreen, plus Rewind list it as the best version as it also has an audio commentary with Hal Needham which isn't on the R2. Just waiting for my copy to come into stock at DVD Pacific, but may get it from DVDSoon if it's that cheap :)
