I have had enough of the jokers, they advertise very keen prices, but seem unable to deliver the goods.

I have just had my third order turn out exactly the same way as the other two..sorry unable to supply goods for the forseeable future blah blah blah, I then asked them via email how come I have been unlucky 3 times out of 3 to which I received a reply saying "Do you want to cancel or not", unprofessional , sloppy and useless if you need a delivery anytime soon :brickwall

Agreed actually. Ordered some ink cartidges from them last week, and a few days later got an email saying they werent in stock and they didnt know when they would get them in. The emails werent that friendly and got the impression the person sending them couldnt be arsed. I cancelled the order and bought them from ebuyer instead.

I wouldn't say eBuyer are that great on customer service either, mind. Hmmm, let me think about that - no, they're absolutely ******* terrible!

what can I say...I'm tight and these guys 'advertise' cheap prices, given them 3 chances, not anymore, better to pay a couple of quid extra and get the goods,.

Hmm, I dunno...my secure digital card has been "pick in progress" for 3 days now, during which time it has gone out of stock and come back in again (63p cheaper). I had to pay them £2 to finally get them to send me what I'd ordered and they'd failed to send on my last order...I doubt they'll give me the 63p + VAT back though ;)

5 good orders, the last two have been hellish.

Their pages are full of faulty product codes: I've ordered arcade sticks and ended up with PS2 games that had to be returned blah blah blah.

Avoid.
