xp question about programs/exes

I use an application known as 'toad' on my laptop which should appear (I would have thought) as a Program when I select start/all programs

it does not appear

any ideas how to get it to appear as a program?

just shortcut from the application or find where it was installed and copy the folder to the program files on the 'all users' directory.

probably installed on USER1 and it doesnt support multiple users.

Do you mean you want it to appear in the start menu? If so then all you need to do is create a shortcut and drag the shorcut to the start > Programs.
