Havent recieved my DVD :(

I ordered a DVD from www.deepdiscountdvd.com, but havent recieved anything back, its coming to about 4 weeks now. I emailed them to ask what the problem was and they advised to chase my local customs office, does anyone know how i do this and is there anything i can do if i dont recieve my DVD.

My only order with them took quite a while, things generally slow up at this time of year anyway
