i have a gecube x800 pro and have just installed the arctic cooling vga silencer rev3
http://www.ocfaq.com/reviews/ArcticCooling/VGASilencer_Rev3/
does any one know if this card is TMR ?
if not is there any way i can keep an eye on the temp with a program of some sort

i will be overclocking this beast soon and also need to know what kind of temps are safe with what speeds
last time i did anything like this it was with my 32mb TNT2 :D so im not familiar with all these new specs

any help will be appreciated
thanx

Ummmmmmmm.....

I got a X800 Pro and bought that same cooler to fit.
I did a search on the net and (as your link shows) the X800 is not on the compatability list.
The Rev 4 was the one listed for the X800 cards.

I took mine back without trying when I read that.
Did it fit ok?
And, are you sure it's going to be as good as the Rev4 that's meant for these cards?

I was going to order a rev4 cooler by the same people, but not got round to doing it yet.

fits like a glove to an agp card
how ever it wont fit to a pci-e x800 or any other pci-e for that matter :)
i used ati tool to test the temp and its keeping it very cool overclocked
after running 3dmark03 its sitting at a nice 39
havent tested it idle yet but i shouldnt be dissapointed
