isn't that normal price?
Yes it is the normal prics, but with most places not having no stock -it will beat paying the 200 they going for on ebay if you are after 1 of them.

People are mad to pay £200 for that. Sony said stock will arrive at first week of December if I remember well

Na that's not a bargain!
It's a bargain for a Parent who has promised their kid a PS2 but can't find one!
URGENT Could someone who has a unused ebay id ensure they buy item 8149764363
It's Slimline PS2 but look at the smallprint at the bottom and all it is is a £11.99 link

Well if stock is coming next week, there's no need for any parent to worry.
There are thousands of links being sold on ebay every hour, people should read what are bidding on instead of foolishly throwing their money away.

No stock - close bargain.
Well i realise that it is a supplier issue but put it in this forum to give it greater coverage as most people look in here first,as too new supplies coming in monday most are allready pre ordered, read in the sun today some have gone for 400 on ebay-one on there at the moment for 175 for today as a 1 day auction!Any way -update they have now all sold out-hope somebody managed to get hold of one.
8149764363-look at that auction number on ebay-just realised somebody is bidding 175 for a link where to buy it from!!!! :nono:

I suspect they've put these available on their website without really having them. Since they take 5-7 days to deliver, it's enough time for them to wait for Sony's stock to arrive (which is next week)
I have heard that Sony have got a couple of hundred thousand waiting in their warehouse to release, but they are just trying to whip up a frenzy of demand to grab headlines and publicity before X-Mas. :nono:
I've got a friend who works in the Sony Distribution centre just outside Thatcham so i'll ask him how much stock they have.
Spoke to the manager at my local Currys this afternoon, and he said that there will be more than enough for everyone from Tuesday next week.
