Hey Guys

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I have found this after plenty of exploring!!!!

Open the Tray
Press set up on the remote control
then on the front of the player press;
stop
previous
next

and up pops the factory set up menu.

Go to region id. and you have the choice of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or bypass (multi-region).
It should also play all inclucing RCE.

There is also an option for macrovision auto or off.

This has been tried and it worked for all regions and macrovision.

That Macrovision option is too funny ... there are no chips in the Dansai 852 that are capable of applying macrovision to the signal so the menu should say Macrovision off or off :)
