Does this belong in this forum? Not really sure but here's the question -

whats happened to BBC Digital Text, whenever I press the 'Text' button I just get the old 'Press TV then Text button' message has the Digital text service just dissapeared?

Re-set your box. It does this occasionally.

How do you force an update again :confused:

No need to force an update, just unplug the box, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in. If you do want a forced update, do the following:

1. Unplug your digibox.
2. Remove viewing card.
3. Wait 30 seconds.
4. Press and hold backup on the digibox NOT on the remote.
5. Plug the box back in keeping the backup button pressed.
6. Release backup button when you see the Downloading Software screen.
7. Put viewing card back in.
