T-Mobile Rent Free Sim only query?

I was wandering if anyone knew where I could get the T-mobile Free Time 750 tariff rent free (cashback deal) without the handset.
I would require the Sim only!
I know Forward Cellular are doing a deal, but this is with the handset, which I do not require.
