As the search function has bitten the dust again :(, can we get some kind of update on this from somewhere? Have people found solutions to the many hassles they were having with this disc, especially Sony owners? Have the company finally decided that there will be a recall, as previously hinted, or are they just leaving it as is? Did the Pythin team bite a large chunk out of them for the hiccups many fans are having with the disc? Is the first subtitle card there or not? And is that bloody rabbit the cause of it all?
My copy's just arrived (27 days in transit!!!) and I'm reluctant to open it in case it ends up causing more hassle than it's worth in terms of returns etc.
News please?

Read about all the problems but i put the disc in my sony player anyway, and it worked fine not a stray subtitle to be seen.

Well I've got a Pioneer...I'd better stop sodding about, open the thing and get stuck in! :)
Tosh200e and subtitles all over the place :(
Sent it back and waiting for a replacement.
On my player (Pooline 1000) the subtitles do appear for a fraction of a second each time. Not that big a deal for me, although when I get round to buying another player the problem could be worse (or better).
Toshiba 210e and it's perfectly fine.

anyone know when a reissued version will be on sale?
I don't want to buy it until it's all sorted out.
I know it screws up on my player (tried a copy)
Will it arrive on R2? Will it have all the same features?
Why am I here? What's it all about? Alfie?:D :D

It's due on R2 early next year (I think).
Got a leaflet from Columbia Tristar the other day (along with the freebie DVD :D ) and it was on the back of that, as a "coming soon" type of thing.
