Changing email address on ebay

I need to change my email address on ebay and have tried doing this.

They say that I will be getting a new email in my new email inbox to which I need to click the link and confirm it.

Problem is I am not getting this email.

BTW, my new email is a hotmail one.

Why is this?

Can I phone them to change my email?

your spam settings in hotmail are nor filtering this e-mail to ur junk folder?

I dont think you can phone them although you must be able to e-mail them in this matter and maybe they can sort it out for you.

i have done it and it was pretty srtaight forward
