VCR DVD Combo / DIVX / RW support £129.49 del

Been looking at getting a good quality combo for a while now, and went for this one:

Looks excellent, if you are still using VHS for recording etc..

Divx support on the multiregion DVD, and includes DVD-RW and DVD+rw support, according to the blurb.

So what do you make of it, quickie ? I am been thinking of getting myself a combi for ages now, and would love to hear your thoughts on this Toshiba unit..
