Popfile Help

I've finally admited defeat and come to the conclusion my system is a mess and the only thing that will save it is a complete rebuilt. Most things i can either live without or can back up on to DVD before the wipe bar POPFILE? Does anyone know how i can keep all the "training" I've given it? I'm running 99.57% accuracy while dealing with 100-150 spam e-mail per day and the thought of having to start again is daunting.

Any help would be mucho apreciatedo.

Moving the popfile folder should be enough, when you reinstall copy the old folder over the new installation and everything should be back to the way it was.
