Why bother ?
When the second movie is released in the cinemas they are going to release a REAL special edition anyway. With some real extras like a good documentary and interesting commentaries.
And don't forget the Ultimate Boxset that is going to come out about a year after the third movie has been released.
And then there'll be another rerelease (with reworked special effects) when they make Matrix - Episode One in which they will tell the story about how a sweet little AntiVirus program grows up to be Agent Smith.
