I have been using the hollywood plus for a year now and have been very happy with its qaulity. I am using the s video out and have a Videologic Digitheatre. I recently bought a JVC AV32WFT1 and was just wondering if the Hollywood + does the TV justice. I have a budget of up to £300 and really only want to buy a new player if I will see the diiference in picture quality. Anyone have any advice? Please.

go to somewhere like dixons and check out the dvd players they have connected and see the quality from there!!!

There are a number of issues that can detract from a home cinema pc setup, sutch as lack of RGB capability on H+, boot up time of pc, fan noise? To mention but a few. Your budget will buy you an excellent player and I genuinely believe my purchase of a Sony in a similar price bracket resulted in my DVD pc being made permanently redundant. There was precious little advantage in keeping a large pc in my lounge, together with the other parafinalia.
