9800 Pro worth extra over a 9700 Pro?

Is a 9800 Pro for £120 a better buy than a 9700 Pro for £80, I want to upgrade my GF3 Ti200 for Half Life 2.

Rest of my PC is a 2.4GHz P4 with 512MB RAM.
