I assume you mean a hack(crack),and not crack(smack).If you want to crack your hack,then don't smack otherwise you will be totally cracked.Or to put it another way,the Toshiba players cannot be made multi-regional via the remote control.Contact Justin at www.homecinemaheaven.co.uk and he will sort out the problem.Best wishes.
