Not sure this is in the right forum but.......

I want to get my dad the Liverpool treble video/DVD for his birthday and wondered if there was any difference between the two versions.

The VHS is £7 cheaper and if there is not much difference I would get the VHS as he is not bothered either way.

Thanks

Paul

There is no extra footage on the DVD compared to the VHS - just better video and you can navigate to every player's goals and to every game featured on the DVD I believe.

Thanks, that is what I thought it would be. Not sure now. VHS would do but DVD would be nice.

Get him the DVD, when you want to see Macca bury the Toffees in injury time you can go straight there. No forwarding and missing it, then rewinding and going too far again, etc. etc. ...

I believe the official and proper treble DVD is distributed by Manchester United Football Club, and not this cheap imitation touted by the scousers.

ps. regardless if you believe if the liverpool "treble" is anything of the sort (after beating the mighty alaves and birmingham :D )
You HAVE to get it on DVD over vhs. Just to be able to jump from game to game, goal to goal.

I for one would buy the utd dvd over vhs. (if not only to jump over the last month  )

BUY DVD!!!

I have heard that Man U are bringing out a directors cut of the history of Man U. It has all the games againt liverpool cut out :) :) .

DVD looks like the best option.

Thanks
