A good budget multi-region dvd player?

Looking for one for my girlfriend's dad. So the cheaper, the better :p I would prefer one that is remote hackable and not multi-region out the box.

Any suggestions?

Not sure if it is widley available, but the 2 obvious choices to me are the LG 3200e & the Wharfedale M5. :)

Another good one is the lg 4270 (i think thats wot it is called) and I think somewhere has a deal on it at the moment where you get it and 3 free dvds for £99!!!

WH Smith do the Cyberhome player with 5.1 output, advertised in store as multi reigon, decent reviews in all the magazines for £99.
