I've posted this in the DVD & Movie Discussion forum because I thought it had something to do with my Buffy discs but I dodn't think it does anymore.

Anyway, on some discs that I try to put on the picture breaks up or the lip synching goes wrong. This doesn't happen with every DVD or even the same one a couple of hours later.

Before I contact the supplier I just want to rule out other things, like dodgy scart lead or it needs cleaning. So, any ideas? Cheers.

You might like to have a look at this thread (http://thedvdforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=31372), seems to be a problem with a small number of pioneers and buffy disks

Thanks but it's not just Buffy discs and I've never had problems with Buffy before.
