Hi,
I'm setting up a wireless network for a friend and am having trouble.
The network is there, and my wireless card gets a connection, but just as it gets an IP address it loses the connection. This repeats on and on and on..
My signal strength is as good as 100%, as is the link quality.
However, my noise level seems quite high. I'm wondering if this might be the problem (there is quite a bit of "industrial" equipment around, e.g. large freezers, air con, compressors etc.)
The other clue is that I can only get a signal in the first place if I use either channel 1, 2 or 3. Anything above that doesn't give anything! I've never seen that happen before...
Any suggestions please?
Cheers,
Andy
