A good place to check if a U.K disc has been cut is the U.K DVD Cuts List (http://www.ukdvdcuts.co.uk/).
They don't have Last Of the Mohicans on the site, so I guess it's uncut. However, I think the U.K version is the Theatrical Cut & DD5.1, whereas the R1 version is the Director's Cut & you can get it with a DTS soundtrack.
