Name the Anime

Does anyone know the name of the anime in which one of the characters, who was one of the good guys and may have been the brother of the main character (not sure about that last part), could kick objects like coins with such force that they would go through peoples heads?

I remember this Anime being on Channel 4 years ago, around the same time that they showed 3x3 Eyes.

I think the title is "FIST OF THE NORTH STAR"

I know it's definitely not FOTNS, Channel 4 only started showing that recently, on thinking about it now, it may have actually been 3x3 Eyes.

Can anyone confirm this?
