I've a few which seem to be quite good prices, but I don't know if they are reliable/any good?

Ideally I'd like one with a built in usb2.0/firewire hub although I have my eye on a novelty Godzilla firewire hub so not necessary. :cuckoo:

I don't think you would have problems with any of them. I've got one of the Maxtor ones, and it's been great.

The Maxtor 250gb USB/Firewire is cheaper at ebuyer. I am going to get one. Wonder if Ghost will work with it or is actually needed.

Norton Ghost is a piece of software that allows you to make a copy/image of your main hard drive. Should you have a problem with your windows install, you simply copy you ghosted image from your backup usb/firewire drive hd to your main hd. I am worried that the Maxtor software that comes with the new drive will be rubbish.

The Maxtor drive I think is good is on ebuyer at quick code 51923
