Sky Extension?

I had Sky Digital installed a couple of years ago and the installer put in just enough cable to get from the dish to the unit. I would now like to move the Digibox to the other side of the room.

Is it possible to buy these leads, already made up, online? I need about 20 metres...

It shouldn't be too hard to make one up yourself, maplins should have all the connectors/lead you need. Some of their stores have an instore service to make it up for you as well.
