I have a Belkin Bluetooth dongle and this bascially plugs into an USB port and you just 'pair' it up with your mobile. I did this by searching for bluetooth devices from my mobile (SE K700i) and you enter a pass code to finish the job. Dont know if that helps?

dongle is normally the small device you plug into a unit to enable Bluetooth, when its not built in. Access point is as the name describes,
