I'm looking to order Sky+ as it's now been dropped to £99 for the box.
But first I need a couple of questions answering first.

How long do you have to stay on the inital package (£34 one I think) before you can downgrade?

I live in an apartment block and already have a sky connection that was fitted to all apartments when I moved into my brand new place. So, does Sky+ need 2 connections from the dish or just 1?

Any help would be much appreciated.

sky+ requires 2 connections, otherwise its just a digibox.

As for the downgrade, if you drop below 2 premium channels, you'll get charged £10 for having sky+.

awwww that's a shame.

Was hoping I'd be able to get away with just the one connection, as it's impossible for me to add another.

Thnaks for the help anyways.

My friend has Sky+ in an apratrment, I'll see how she got it to work.

Failing that, do you have a second ariel point int he bedroom or anything? Maybe you could run an extension from that to the box?

The £99 for the box offer ran out on the 26th.

When you get it, make sure you buy one of the ADSL phone line filters

I already have one attached to the socket it'll go to.
