Seconded - used it a couple of times myself -fantastic feature + you have the option to email yourself a transcript of the conversation as an added bonus.

Thanks for this - will they discuss disputes that are currently going through, or is that another department that I need to get hold of.

AT the moment I am under the impression that PP favours scamming pieces of **** giving them nearly 30 days per dispute to grab all the money out of their account!
