Oz series4 and The Shield series3 on DVD, WHENNNNNNNNNN ?

I know Shield series3 is still showing on tv so this might be a while coming onto dvd but anyone any ideas when either shows are out ?

I got the 1st 3 series and they look lovely next to my 2 series of the shield and 2 series of 24 soon to be 3 series! :)
