What I really want to know is...
...are the extras on both discs the same?

Seeing as it's EIV I doubt if the R2 will have anything extra over the R1 version, so at best it comes down to the old PAL/NTSC preference.
The cheapest I've seen the R1 release is £13.70 delivered from ABSound. You might not get it before Xmas though, as it seems to have an 18/11/01 release date in Canada.

If the extras are the same:
Region 1 - NTSC, decent cover art, snapper case, early release.
Region 2 - PAL, poor cover art, amaray, later release.

Are you sure it's a snapper case? The other Newline infinifilm DVDs are in Amaray cases, and Rush Hour 2 is infinifilm too.

It will be an amaray caseon R2.
Why the **** would it be a snapper ?.
If it was a snapper on R2, then it would be a snapper on R1 as well. :nuts:

I'm 90% sure the R1 release is in an Amaray case.
It most definitely is in an Amaray case like all R1 Infinifilm releases.
