Wouldn't expect anything that good quality wise from Tartan. I would bet on a non-anamorphic transfer of a decaying print with burnt in-subs.
It's a shame Tartan don't release better quality discs, I for one would really like to see Nowhere To hide, but as Steve says it probably won't be much cop on the Tartan label

AVOID the Tartan release of Nowhere to Hide , there's no reason paying upwards of £15 for a poor release when you can get an excellent Korean version of the film. (As long as it's not the J.C. Van Damme version you're talking about? :D )
I bought my copy in Korea for 20,000 Won (about a tenner) - the picture is excellent (not anamorphic but bizarrely coded as such, but that's a small point), features decent English subtitles, a 5.1 soundtrack and a bunch of extras (none of which are subbed though).
There are several Korean and continental European online stores that will supply it, try :-

Cheers, I took a look earlier and found it at Coolashop for around £8 delivered :D
