Anyone else having problems accessing this ? Trying to chase up my 24 seasons 1-3 boxset up (already had an email saying it was despatched over a week ago and nothing yet) but the page will not load at all...

Check your 'privacy' settings in Internet Explorer if that is what you use. I find that setting them higher than 'Medium' prevents access to 'My Account' pages on various sites.

thats not the issue - every other my account page is fine - even tried it with firewall disabled with the same result...

Its fine here, nice and quick just like it should be.

weird. just tried again and it just times out. will give it a try tomorrow see if its still the same...
