Wireless network problem

Hi All,

I wonder if any of you can help. I have a wireless netgear router modem but all of a sudden it doesn't work. It can 'connect' to the network connection and it can send data but it can't recieve data so therefore no internet. Any ideas why this could be happening? It works if I connect laptop with modem with ethernet cable.

Hi,
It's WEP encryted.. but's its always been that way..
Apart from XPs firewall I have avast antivirus and maybe that has a firewall?

I've disabled virus checker and internet firewall is off, but still can't recieve data..

But I can connect when the network cable is physically plugged in so I think it maybe something else.
Any ideas?
