Band of Brothers DVD's - due Easter 2002

Just thought I'd mention a piece on BBC Ceefax this morning that mentioned that the Band of Brothers DVD's are due out around Easter 2002 according to a spokesman. No more information than that given but I'd assume they were referring to R2 because of it being on Ceefax.

HBO will want to rerun it a several times before it hits DVD (ep 10 aired on Sunday). Would be great to have a few commentaries from some of the remaining survivors of Easy Company.

Remember that he is talking about R2 - US TV series have been arriving on R2 quicker than R1!

It`s prolly worth remembering that the DVDs will contain the full-length episodes, rather than the trimmed-down BBC2 versions.
